'מעלות בקודש', הינה תוכנית חדשה מבית רשת 'מעלות' המיועדת לנשים מתמודדות המעוניינות במסגרת של התפתחות רוחנית ושייכות קהילתית תורנית.

התמודדות נפשית מלווה לעתים בהתרחקות ממרכזי המפגש הקהילתי דתי, מתוך בחירה או הכרח. הפעילות במסגרת 'מעלות בקודש' מאפשרת לנשים להשתייך לקבוצת נשים ייחודית, מקבלת ותומכת. בנוסף, נשים רבות מחפשות מרחב בטוח לקבל בו ליווי רוחני במסע ההחלמה האישי שלהן, בהתאם לאורח חייהן וערכיהן.

כמו בכל שירותי השיקום של 'מעלות', גם בפרויקט 'מעלות בקודש', חתרנו לפתח מגוון אפשרויות ומסלולים של תוכניות שיקום אישיות בהתאם לרצונותיה ויכולותיה של כל משתתפת: בנוסף, פתחנו מסלול ייחודי לנשים המשולבות בליווי תעסוקתי ומעוניינות להוסיף לימוד תורני פעם בשבוע, תוך שמירה על זכאותן הראשונית להמשך התעסוקה הקיימת.

 

רק אצלנו תוכלו ללמוד ולצמוח בדרכים מגוונות:

  • לימוד קבוצתי משותף פעמיים בשבוע עם אנשי ונשות תורה בנושאי אמונה, תנ"ך וסדנת 'מן המקורות אל צמיחה אישית'
  • לומדות ואופות: הפרשת חלה ולימוד בפרשת השבוע המתקיים בימי חמישי.
  • ליווי וסיוע בהשתלבות בשיעורים או ימי לימוד לנשים בקהילה.
  • לימוד בחברותא עם נשים מתנדבות בקהילה.
  • פעילויות תורניות חוויתיות במהלך השנה



הצוות המלווה את התוכנית כולל מנהל, רכזת תוכנית, עו"ס, מעבירי ומעבירות שיעורים. הפעילות מתקיימת תוך יצירת שיתופי פעולה עם קהילות דתיות בעיר וכן עם מסגרות לימוד לנשים ממגוון זרמים ורקעים דתיים.

התוכנית פועלת כיום בבאר שבע ומכוונת להתפתח למקומות נוספים בארץ. 

The need for a service which could allow women to fulfill their aspirations for spiritual growth and community belonging, drove us to develop a new program-

''Ma'alot Bakodesh'- Torah based rehabilitation and communal integration program for women. Torah studies are typically unique and differ between men and women, and as such, the women's program is intended to provide the response to those specific needs. As in all of Ma'alots' services, we strived to develop a variety of options also in the women's program, so that each woman can choose and receive a program according to her wishes and abilities:

· Counseling and assistance in taking part in women's Torah classes in the community. 

· Pair studying- 'Chevruta', several times a week with the program leader and women volunteers from the community. 

· Designated group studies twice a week including classes in a variety of topics, religious group activities and workshops focusing on spiritual growth. 

 

Currently, we are striving to expand and widen the possibilities of activities and counseling for women in the Beer Sheva area, our first center. We are also developing foundations for widening the services to additional cities in the country.
